  • Can I get a product sample before placing a bulk order?
  • Yes, we can provide free samples for quality evaluation. Shipping charges may apply depending on your location.
  • I’d like to create a custom sample. Is that possible?
  • Absolutely. Please share your design or detailed requirements, and we’ll prepare a custom sample accordingly.
    Note: Additional charges may apply for plate-making, custom boxes, or logo printing.
  • Can you provide a sample with similar printing style first, just for quality checking?
  • Yes, we can offer a sample with a similar printing effect to help you evaluate the printing quality before proceeding with your design.
  • Will you send pre-production (PP) samples before mass production?
  • Yes. We will send pre-production samples by air express for your final approval before starting mass production—at no extra cost.
  • Do you allow third-party inspection before shipment?
  • Yes, third-party inspection is welcomed. We are committed to strict quality control and transparency throughout the production process.
  • How long does it take to receive the sample?​
  • Standard samples are usually shipped within 3–5 working days. Custom samples may take 7–10 working days depending on your requirements.
  • Are sample costs refundable after placing a bulk order?
  • Yes, any sample or tooling fees can be refunded or deducted from the bulk order cost after confirmation, depending on your order quantity.
  • Can I choose the shipping method for the samples?
  • Yes, we can ship via your preferred express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) or use our standard express partners.
